Asthma and anaphylaxis first aid standard for child carers

From 01 January 2009, the First Aid Standard package was amended so that apart from Apply First Aid (HLTFA301B) and CP (HLTCPR201A), childcarers must also be trained in:
Emergency Asthma Management (EAM21886VIC)
plus
Anaphylaxis 21827VIC or Anaphylaxis VBP434 or nationally accredited equivalent)

The standard applies to carers in CBC1 and CBC2, and Home Based Care.
